1. Click "Correctional Facilities Volunteer Form" above
2. Oklahoma Department of Corrections website opens
3. Click blue button that says “Volunteer Opportunities”
4. Next page, under, "Opportunity Search by Facility," click "Please Select" and choose your preferred facility
5. Click "Search" 
6. Page that opens should show your preferred facility. Click blue "Details / Sign Up" button at lower right
7. Next page, you can choose between "Register" and "Login"
8. Click "Register" and complete the online application process
